Qualification
There are two ways to qualify for a free cell phone: 1) Your income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or 2) You already participate in one of these government aid programs:

- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance (BIA)

- Tribal Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)

California
In California, you will get a better offer and plan. In California, you get up to 2GB of data, unlimited texting, and unlimited voice. Other States
