Oklahoma Lifeline Unlimited Plan: On this plan, you get unlimited text, unlimited voice minutes, and 2.5 GB of data each month. This will only cost you $1 per month.

It is unclear why you get both plans for just $1 because Lifeline unlimited plan is the better option and it should cost more but it is still $1. This is an exceptional deal did anyone is going to want to get.
